RETURN

 

Wholesale Packs, Combo Packages, and Bulk Buys gives huge savings up to 40% off MSRP. We offer wholesale buying opportunities to help our customers save time and help their business make more profits. Air Chaser selects the highest quality products for our customers and stands behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made we will give you a refund or exchange within the guidelines below.

 

RETURN

  • Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged and shipping will be covered by Air Chaser (only to Continental United States)
  • Parts, Filter Replacements & Scented Refills are not refundable and exchangeable. For any questions please contact our customer services.
  • All Wholesale purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All merchandise must be returned unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for Wholesale Packs, Combo Packages, and Bulk Buys used items.
  • Air Chaser does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders that are marked at shipped cannot be canceled.

 

UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED SHIPMENT

  • Air Chaser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipped orders due to incorrect shipment information.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to all undeliverable and refused shipments.
  • All of our items are offered with Free Standard Ground Shipping one way. Shipping and handling charges will apply on any re-shipments due to refused or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • Please be aware that any expedite shipment costs are non-refundable.
  • An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery of all orders $500 or more. Air Chaser is not responsible for undeliverable and refused shipment.
  • If you authorize delivery signature to be released (please notify us while placing the order), Air Chaser is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipment without signature requirement.
